 Casey Denson Law works out of New Orleans but spent years practicing exclusively in Colorado and still takes on cases across the state.

We work on civil rights and employment cases throughout the state. This includes pursuing claims with administrative agencies and court including:

  • the Colorado office of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission;

  • the Colorado office of the U.S. Department of Labor, Wage and Hour Division;

  • the Colorado office of the National Labor Relations Board;

  • the Colorado Occupational Safety and Health Administration; and

  • state and federal court.

  • limiting unreasonable non-competes;

  • breach of contract;

  • failure to provide proper protected leave or accommodations;

  • failure to pay wages or time off properly; and

  • civil rights and employment claims under the state and federal constitution free speech, equal protection and due process clauses.
